These copies were recently sent to me by Mr. Paul Evenson. Paul's mom was John's sister. When he cleaned out his folk's house prior to selling it, Paul came across some letters sent from John's Chaplain and others that were there. The letter from the Chaplain was addressed to Paul's grandfather, Floyd Lake, John's father. The other letters were to other families associated with the flight crew. There is much detail regarding the crash in the bottom 4 pages. Used with permission.
